Low prices for TOPCon solar panels put pressure on PERC

In Europe, there is an oversupply of older solar modules, causing inventory levels to grow and exerting pressure on module prices. Companies are facing challenges in selling these modules, especially those with high power output classes such as PERC cell technology. Some are resorting to concessions in trade terms, online marketplaces, and project sales to dispose of surplus stock. However, risks such as insolvency and online transaction challenges persist.
