James Campbell, former director of West of Scotland Heavy Haulage, sentenced to 16 months in prison for fraud related to overcharging Siemens Gamesa for police escort services. Inflated invoices and charged for non-existent police escorts. Fraud discovered by Siemens Gamesa staff, leading to police investigation and recovery of incriminating evidence. Proceeds of Crime legislation to recover fraudulently obtained money.
