Marmen to restart wind tower production for 350-MW Quebec project

Canada’s Marmen Energie will relaunch wind tower manufacturing activities in Matane, Quebec thanks to a contract for the 350-MW Pohenegamook-Picard-Saint-Antonin-Wolastokuk (PPAW) Wind Energy Centre. The project involves Marmen, US developer Invenergy, the Alliance de l’energie de l’Est, and Danish turbine manufacturer Vestas Wind Systems A/S.
