New design for 2T perovskite-silicon tandem solar cells with 24.6% efficiency

A research group from Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands developed a new solar cell for perovskite-silicon tandem PV devices, achieving 24.6% efficiency. The cell features innovative materials layers and light management techniques to reduce reflection losses and enhance electrical performance.
