NextEnergy Capital fund to buy 110 MWp of Spanish solar from ib vogt

German solar developer ib vogt GmbH sells 110-MWp Pato solar project in Spain to NextEnergy Capital. Pato solar project equipped with bifacial modules mounted on trackers to generate 215.6 GWh annually. ib vogt secured a PPA with Corning Inc for a portion of Pato's production. The Pato plant to reach commercial operations date in Q1 2025. Ib vogt provides full EPC services and will also manage O&M and asset management. NextPower V ESG to collaborate on hybridising the solar farm with battery energy storage.
