NextEnergy solar-storage OECD fund raises USD 745m

NextEnergy Capital in London has successfully accumulated USD 745 million for its fifth fund, NextPower V ESG, aiming at solar and battery storage projects across OECD nations. This fund, launched in January 2023, seeks to reach a USD 2 billion cap and currently oversees 4 GW of projects expected to power approximately 1.1 million homes annually.
