NextEra Energy breaks ground on 310MW solar PV plant in Texas

NextEra Energy Resources has initiated the construction of a 310MW solar PV plant in Texas, to be completed by December 2025. The output will be supplied to INEOS Olefins & Polymers USA to cover its electricity load across various facilities. Additionally, NextEra Energy and Entergy have announced plans to develop 4.5GW of solar and storage projects as part of a joint agreement.
