NextEra Energy breaks ground on 310MW solar PV plant in Texas

US power company NextEra Energy Resources is constructing a 310MW solar PV plant in Texas. The plant will supply electricity to INEOS Olefins & Polymers USA's facilities. The solar PV plant will be operational by December 2025.
