Nextracker acquires PV foundations supplier Solar Pile International

Nextracker has acquired US-based solar PV foundations supplier Solar Pile International for US$48 million. The acquisition includes fixed assets, intellectual property, and other intangible assets. Nextracker has been expanding its solar foundation business through acquisitions and manufacturing capacity additions in the US. The company registered a double-digit revenue growth in Q2 2024 and continues to increase spending on research and development. Nextracker targets revenue between US$2.8-2.9 billion and adjusted EBITDA ranging from US$600-650 million for fiscal year 2025.
