NeXtWind, VSB team up for 115-MW wind repowering in Germany

German renewables developer-operator VSB Group and local peer NeXtWind are partnering to repower a wind farm in Saxony-Anhalt, increasing the capacity to 115.2 MW. The project aims to replace 27 old turbines with 16 new Vestas V172 machines. VSB has a history of building renewable power capacities, while NeXtWind specializes in wind farm repowering projects.
