Nordex secures 42-MW turbine order in Lithuania

German wind turbine manufacturer Nordex SE received an order to provide 7-MW turbines for a 42-MW wind project in Lithuania from regional renewables developer E energija group. Nordex will supply and install six N163/6.X wind turbines near the city of Kaunas with delivery and commissioning scheduled for the second half of 2025. E energija group CEO Gediminas Uloza mentioned their plans for further projects in central Lithuania. Nordex Group CSO Patxi Landa highlighted the cooperation between the companies.
