Nordex wins 68MW German order

The UKA wind farm Mahlsdorf in Brandenburg, Germany, has ordered 10 Nordex turbines for the 68MW project. The 6.8MW Delta4000 series N175/6.X machines with hub heights of 179 metres will be maintained over a 20-year period. Nordex Group has achieved 10GW mark in Germany and 70GW mark in order intake worldwide. The turbine manufacturer developed hybrid towers for the project, enabling attractive wind speeds even at light-wind locations. UKA and Nordex aim to implement climate-friendly solutions for the energy transition in Germany.
