Nordic Solar powers 100MW solar PV in Lithuania

The 100MW Molėtai solar park in Lithuania, developed by Nordic Solar, has recently been integrated into the national grid. This advancement features over 150,000 bifacial solar modules and an electrical substation. With a strong emphasis on energy independence and renewable sources, Lithuania aims to multiply its solar capacity as part of its National Energy and Climate Plan, targeting an increase to 5.1GW by 2030. This expansion includes significant investments like the 65MW PV farm by European Energy in Anyksciai.
