Novar buys solar project of up to 156 MWp in Germany

Dutch solar PV firm Novar, an independent power producer, has acquired a large-scale solar project in Germany from WiNRG, with an expected capacity of 91 to 156 MWp. The acquisition was facilitated by Capcora and is part of Novar's ambitious plan to achieve a 4-GW renewable portfolio by 2030. The project in Lower Saxony is anticipated to be ready by 2026, bolstered by Novar's majority backer, DIF Capital Partners.
