Ohmium cuts ribbon on 2-GW electrolyser factory in India’s Karnataka

US-based electrolyser supplier Ohmium International has opened a 2-GW factory in India. The new facility in Doddaballapura, Karnataka will produce Proton Exchange Membrane electrolysers. Ohmium plans to expand its capacity to 4 GW. The company has been selected to supply 400 MW of PEM electrolysers to NTPC Ltd.
