Consultancy OWC has opened a new office in Pembrokeshire, Wales, to support its growth in the Celtic Sea for floating wind projects, particularly in anticipation of the R5 leasing round. Lara Lawrie, head of environment and consents at OWC, emphasizes the importance of local presence to support development and benefit local businesses and societies. Lawrie brings extensive experience in environmental and consenting support for offshore wind projects, including the Erebus Floating Offshore Wind project.
