Pacific Blue to install 60-MW battery at S Australian wind farm

Pacific Blue, an Australian renewable power producer and retailer, is constructing a 60-MW battery in Clements Gap, South Australia, next to its existing 56.7-MW wind farm. The project aims to provide 130 MWh of energy storage capacity, costing over AUD 100 million. The battery system will support grid stability and is expected to be operational by early 2026.
