Pacific Partnerships granted green light for 700MW PV project in Australia

Pacific Partnerships Energy has gained development rights for one of Australia’s largest solar PV projects with a 1,600MWh co-located battery energy storage system. The Cobbora Solar Farm and BESS will be located near Dubbo, New South Wales. The developer aims to incorporate agrivoltaics to ensure sheep grazing can coexist with the solar farm. Marble Energy, a renewable energy developer based in Sydney, sold the project to Pacific Partnerships.
