PNE AG sells US division

German developer PNE AG has sold its US business to investor Lotus Infrastructure Partners. The deal includes PNE USA Inc based in Chicago and a project pipeline of 18 wind, photovoltaic, and energy storage projects with a total output of over 3GW. The majority of payments will depend on project progress. PNE AG plans to focus on further growth in Europe as an independent power producer.
