Queensland earmarks AU$26 billion investment for renewables

Steven Miles, premier of Queensland, Australia, allocated AU$26 billion to the state's Energy and Jobs Plan over four years focusing on renewable energy and storage technology. The investment aims to reduce emissions by 75% by 2035 and increase renewable capacity by 22GW. Queensland is experiencing growth in large-scale renewable energy projects.
