A team from Australia’s James Cook University has synthesized high-quality graphene using non-toxic tangerine peel oil. The graphene can selectively recover silver from organic PV devices, demonstrating remarkable effectiveness and precision. The team also illustrated the quality of the graphene-silver composite in a dopamine sensor device. Their study highlights the sustainable solution for recycling valuable metals like silver from e-waste.
