Redeux sells 450-MW US solar project trio to Pine Gate Renewables

Solar and storage project developer Redeux Energy Partners LLC has offloaded a 450-MW portfolio of utility-scale photovoltaic (PV) schemes in the US to Pine Gate Renewables. The divestment includes three projects in the MISO South energy market. Redeux Energy plans to sell over 1.7 GW DC portfolio. CEO Rob Masinter mentioned the importance of the transaction for the company's growth and alignment with the needs of independent power producers.
