Repsol hit with lawsuit over Hecate Energy deal in US - report

Hecate Holdings LLC has sued Repsol SA for not completing the acquisition of the remaining 60% stake in Hecate Energy Group LLC as agreed. Repsol already acquired a 40% stake in June 2021. The lawsuit accuses Repsol of delaying and obstructing the purchase process.
