Schletter Group expanding in SEE region, strengthened by takeover from Enstall

Enstall is acquiring Germany-based solar mounting systems provider Schletter Group, with the transaction expected to close in the second half of 2024. The acquisition will allow Enstall to enter the ground-mounted photovoltaics segment. Schletter Group, headquartered in Kirchdorf near Munich, is known for its strong reputation in solar mounting solutions. The partnership between Enstall and Schletter aims to accelerate solar adoption and strengthen innovation capabilities. Schletter Group, founded in 1968, supplies solar installations globally and is focusing on expanding in South East Europe.
