Sif, Dillinger forge monopile recycling alliance

Sif and Dillinger have signed agreements to supply lower-emission steel for offshore wind foundations, progress monopile recycling efforts, and achieve full circularity of monopiles. This includes a joint-research project for a monopile recycling factory and a memorandum of understanding between Sif Decom and Dillinger for decommissioning offshore wind foundations. The agreements focus on decarbonising materials such as steel, supporting the development of lower-emission steel manufacturing and circularity of materials used in offshore wind foundations.
