Singulus Technologies and Jinchen have formed a joint venture, Singulus Solar, to provide manufacturing equipment for TOPCon and HJT cells and modules. Singulus Solar will supply PV cell and module production lines with a focus on global markets. The venture will operate technical and service centres in Europe and the US.
