Skyborn switches to 15MW turbines at Gennaker

Skyborn Renewables has switched turbine choice for its 945MW Gennaker offshore wind project to Siemens Gamesa 15MW models with a power boost of up to 15MW. The agreement strengthens the long-term partnership between Skyborn and Siemens Gamesa, upgrading the turbine technology. Gennaker project contributes to Germany’s and Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania’s climate goals.
