Solar heating rod that increases self-consumption

The Austrian company My-PV has introduced the AC Elwa 2, an electric heating rod that efficiently converts surplus solar energy into hot water, enhancing self-consumption of solar electricity. The updated model features an easy installation process where craftsmen do not require an electrician to install the device into the heat storage tank. It boasts a total output of up to 6.5 kilowatts and helps increase self-consumption from about 30% to up to 75%.
