Solar panels could raise value of houses by up to 7.1%

Scientists from the United Kingdom conducted a study on the impact of solar PV systems on house prices in the UK real estate market. They found that houses with solar panels command a premium in selling prices. The study used meta-learner algorithms on property data from Zoopla and the government's Land Registry to analyze the effect of solar panels on house prices across different regions and years.
