Solaria landco plans capital hike to beef up acreage for renewables - report

Spanish solar power producer Solaria Energia y Medio Ambiente SA is seeking investors to acquire a 49% stake in its land acquisition vehicle Generia. Generia aims to raise around EUR 150 million through a capital hike. Solaria established Generia in 2022 to target land in Europe for renewable energy development. Alantra and Kutxabank Investment are assisting Solaria in fundraising for Generia. Solaria also announced an agreement with Repsol SA for real estate services.
