Solarpack, SJVN ink 482MW Indian hybrid solar-wind PPA

Spanish PV developer Solarpack signs a power purchase agreement for a 482MW hybrid solar-wind park in Gujarat, India. The project includes 383MW of solar PV capacity and 99MW of wind capacity. Solarpack will supply energy from the park in 2026 and has previously signed a 410MW solar PV PPA with the Solar Energy Corporation of India for the Gorbea solar project in Rajasthan. SJVN Green Energy has launched a tender seeking a 2GW supply of solar PV modules for projects across India. The Indian solar industry is experiencing growth with record tendered capacity and installations.
