Luxembourg-based technology services company Solutions 30 SE unveiled its latest investment in the solar power market, acquiring Dutch firm Xperal to expand in the Benelux region. Xperal generated EUR 15 million in revenue in 2023 and specializes in B2B solar projects. Solutions30 aims to offer a complete portfolio of energy services including smart metering, EV charging, PV systems, and energy storage solutions.
