Sonnedix buys 80-MW solar farm in Italy, more purchases to follow

Sonnedix has acquired an 80-MW solar farm in Sicily from Blunova as part of a deal involving the sale of 250 MW in southern Italy. The acquisitions will increase Sonnedix's operating capacity in Italy to nearly 800 MW. Blunova, a part of Carlo Maresca, has a 4-GW pipeline including photovoltaic, agrivoltaics, wind, and storage technologies.
