Sonnedix to acquire 250MW solar PV portfolio in Italy

Sonnedix will acquire ten solar PV projects in Italy with a combined capacity of 250MW from Blunova. The acquisition will increase Sonnedix's operating capacity in Italy to nearly 800MW. The projects are located in Southern Italy and are contracted under Italy’s GSE FER 1 auction round.
