Spain: DH2 Energy receives environmental permit for green hydrogen plant

DH2 Energy's Hysencia plant in Aragon, Spain has received the Integrated Environmental Authorization for its 35 MW electrolysis and 49 MW solar pv project. It is a leading renewable hydrogen production project in Spain and Europe, aiming to produce 1,700 tonnes of renewable hydrogen annually and reduce around 16,000 tonnes of CO2 emissions per year. The plant will be powered by 99 MWh of solar electricity yearly.
