SSE, EET Hydrogen developing 40-MW green hydrogen project in England

UK utility SSE plc and EET Hydrogen are partnering to develop Gowy Green Hydrogen, a green hydrogen production facility in the North West of England. The facility will have a capacity of 40 MWe and is located at the Stanlow Manufacturing Complex in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire. The project aims to supply hydrogen to industrial offtakers and support the region's energy transition towards low-carbon hydrogen.
