Stanwell, Genex ink 15-year PPA for 775MW solar PV project in Queensland, Australia

State-owned energy company Stanwell has signed a 15-year PPA with Genex Power for 775MW of solar PV in Queensland, Australia. This includes the Bulli Creek Stage 1 Solar Farm co-developed by Genex and J-POWER, becoming the largest grid-connected solar farm in Australia. The agreement also involves operational services for Kidston Solar Farm. Craig Francis and Michael O’Rourke are key figures in this renewable energy development.
