Statkraft acquires Neoen’s project portfolio in Croatia

Statkraft has acquired the Croatian portfolio of French renewables developer Neoen. The deal covers about ten projects including wind and solar power projects and battery energy storage systems. Neoen has been present in Croatia since mid-2020, while Statkraft started its Croatian operations in 2021. Both companies have projects in early development stages which are complementary, showcasing diversified approaches to sustainable energy solutions.
