Statkraft connects 44.5-MW solar farm to grid in Spain

Norwegian state-owned power company Statkraft AS has connected the 44.5-MW El Rancho solar farm to the grid in Jerez de la Frontera, Cadiz province. The project is expected to generate over 109 GWh and meet the annual power consumption of 30,000 families.
