Statkraft inks first PPA for 80MW UK solar farm

Statkraft signed a 10-year power purchase agreement (PPA) with FP Lux Group for offtake from Scurf Dyke solar farm in Yorkshire, England. Re:cap advised the developer of the array. BayWa r.e. acted in an EPC role for the project development. Statkraft has signed PPAs in the UK and Spain with BayWa r.e. Statkraft can manage the risk for generators through its VPP system.
