Sunrock builds photovoltaic systems for Mercedes-Benz in Germany

Sunrock, a Düsseldorf-based developer of solar roof systems, is collaborating with Mercedes-Benz to equip several of the car manufacturer's German sites with large photovoltaic generators. Mercedes-Benz aims to use 100% renewable energy at all production sites worldwide by 2039. Sunrock is supporting this initiative by installing solar systems and concluding direct corporate power purchase agreements with Mercedes-Benz. Previously, Sunrock worked mainly with logistics companies in installing solar systems.
