Sweden's OX2 applies for delisting from Nasdaq Stockholm

Swedish renewables developer OX2 AB, targeted for acquisition by private equity firm EQT AB, has applied for delisting from Nasdaq Stockholm as per buyer's request. EQT proposed to buy all OX2 shares at SEK 60 apiece in cash. EQT already secured 95.58% of OX2's stock.
