Goldbeck Solar and Blue Elephant Energy celebrated the ground-breaking ceremony for the 11.6 MW Binissalem solar park on Mallorca. The project will generate clean energy for over 7,200 households. The solar park uses 17,700 bifacial Canadian Solar modules and is scheduled for completion in September 2024. Miguel Velasco, Head of PC Iberoamerica at Goldbeck Solar, emphasized the potential of solar energy in Mallorca with over 300 days of sunshine per year.
