TenneT, KfW end talks on sale of German arm

Negotiations between TenneT and KfW on the sale of TenneT Deutschland have ended due to German government budgetary problems. TenneT is exploring structural financing alternatives for its German business and planning to utilize public or private capital markets. The Dutch state has provided shareholder loan support of €25bn for TenneT's investment plans in both Germany and the Netherlands.
