Trina submits plan for 660-MW battery project in Western Australia

Trina Solar Co Ltd has lodged a development application for a 660 MW/2,640 MWh battery energy storage project in an industrial zone south of Perth, Western Australia. The company is also developing similar projects in Victoria and South Australia with the aim to reach 6.5 GW of installed renewables capacity in Australia.
