UK green energy hub gets green light

A major new green energy hub based in Harwich has been given the go ahead to enhance port capabilities to support offshore wind. Harwich International Port will develop the planned Bathside Bay Container Terminal as a green energy hub, supporting offshore wind activities and clean energy initiatives. The initiative aims to bring jobs, skills opportunities, and aspirations for the residents. Plans also include the establishment of an innovation hub and a new estuarine habitat in Little Oakley.
