UK opens AR6 bidding window

Bids are being accepted for UK renewables Allocation Round 6 (AR6) auction. National Grid ESO is inviting sealed bids from renewable energy developers till 9 August 2024. Offshore wind capacity, onshore wind, and solar are competing in different pots. The total purse for the auction is £1.1bn.
