UK Power Networks Services acquires renewables assets

UK Power Networks Services is acquiring a renewables portfolio from SDCL Energy Efficiency Income Trust LLP, comprising 70 different energy plants including solar, wind, and hydro, with a total generation capacity of 68.7MW. This acquisition is part of a strategic move to expand in the renewable energy sector, supported by a long-term power purchase agreement with United Utilities Water.
