UK Power Networks Services acquires renewables assets

UK Power Networks Services is acquiring a renewables portfolio from SDCL Energy Efficiency Income Trust LLP. This portfolio includes 70 energy plants across solar, wind, and hydro, producing 68.7MW and is supported by a power purchase agreement with United Utilities Water. Director David Mitchell emphasized the acquisition's alignment with their sustainable energy vision and their plans to expand in technology and geographic realms in the renewable sector.
