UK's Railpen, GreenPower re-unite for 66-MW wind project in Scotland

UK pension fund manager Railpen has launched a joint venture with GreenPower to develop a 66-MW onshore wind project named Barachander in western Scotland. The project is at the pre-planning stage with the partners planning to share access roads and use 9 to 11 wind turbines. Additionally, there are plans for a 10-MW battery at the site.
